1. Definitions
“Client / Traveller / You” means the person(s) named on the booking form or any person included in a confirmed reservation.
“Booking” means a confirmed itinerary for tours, accommodations, transportation or other travel services.
“Package” means any pre-arranged tour or itinerary offered by Jewels of Rajasthan.
2. Booking & Confirmation
No booking is considered confirmed until you receive a written confirmation and we have received the required payment.
- You must complete the booking form accurately and provide valid identification and contact information.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Tours are payable by advance deposit as communicated at time of booking.
- The balance (if any) must be received before the commencement of services — typically at least 60-90 days prior unless stated otherwise.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payments.
- Prices may change if suppliers revise their rates due to fuel, taxes, permit charges or other external costs.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation charges vary based on timing before departure. A typical scale is:
* >45 days: Low percentage or forfeiture of deposit
* 30–45 days: Higher percentage
*<30 days / No-show: No refund Any refund due will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
5. Changes and Amendments
- If you request itinerary changes after confirmation, we will try to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee availability.
- Amendments may incur additional charges and supplier fees.
6. Inclusions & Exclusions
Inclusions may include (depending on your package):
✔ Accommodation as specified
✔ Transportation
✔ Breakfast/Meals where noted
✔ Licensed tour guides and sightseeing assistance
Exclusions typically include:
✘ Airfare and rail or domestic flights unless stated
✘ Travel insurance and visa fees
✘ Entry fees, camera fees, tips, laundry, telephones, minibar, etc.
✘ Any service not explicitly mentioned in your itinerary summary
7. Travel Documents & Insurance
- You are responsible for obtaining valid passport, visa, travel insurance, permits, and any health documents.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, etc.
8. Itinerary & Supplier Rights
Itineraries are indicative and may change due to weather, local conditions, strikes, traffic, or supplier decisions.
- We or our suppliers may substitute hotels of similar category when necessary.
Any changes required for safety, comfort or operational reasons are at the discretion of the operator.
9. Liability & Responsibilities
Jewels of Rajasthan acts as a coordinator between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident or delay caused by suppliers or events beyond our control.
You agree to take responsibility for personal belongings and safety during your travels.
10. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for non-performance due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, or similar causes beyond our control.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
12. Privacy
Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for reservations and customer service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
